Michigan: Could State Become Right to Work

According to ABC12.com:

(01/08/08)--The state's tough economic times may have sparked a movement to make Michigan the nation's 23rd Right to Work state.

There are at least two efforts under way. One is a petition drive; the other is a legislative effort backed by the Michigan Right To Work committee.

Those behind the Right to Work movement in Michigan say they are against what they call forced unionism. They say people should have the option of being a member of the union.
